honestly, dude was steady KILLING me on the show 'community'.... then i found out he's won an emmy as a writer for 30 rock...... then i found out he had a rap career under the name 'childish gambino'. expecting it to be on some lonely island shit, i was super gun shy on looking into and ruining the facade of a budding career.

so i throw caution to the wind and dig in on some cuts earlier this week, dude slays. color me fanboy.

    I listened and could not get with it. Not straight up rap and not straight up funny, lost in the middle and therefore not doing it. I wasn't really into the beats either.

    I only listened to two clips, but it wasn't my thing

    i am a fan of the indie rock meets jerkin style beats on I Be On That... the rappin is pretty eh.........
