This time I am bringing
1,000 50's blues, rocknroll, rnb, and doowop 45s.
Plus a 1,000 soul, funk, jazz, rock, country, and folk LPs
and disco, boogie, and rap 12"
Funky organ jazz with some well known players.....much cooler than it looks.

Crazy.
I'd listen to a bunch of scared cats running across the keys of a Hammond B-3.
But yeah, for the first time in like 5-6 conventions, it falls on a weekend when I don't have my daughter. So this time I'll definitely be hanging moreso than I have in a while.
Got yet another crawfish boil to go to on Saturday...but otherwise, I'm already down for Hoover's on Friday and really anything goes from there.
Bring out your unknown Texas rap and NOLA bounce records for 3 dollars or less and I'm bound to uncover them.
It won't ever happen during SXSW again according to the mailer sent to the dealers. Having ARC during the conference ends up being a total clusterfuck. Parking is hard to find and out of town dealers and buyers can't get a hotel room unless they book months in advance. Many people that come through the show end up just walking around browsing with no real intention of buying anything. I'm glad that it isn't the same weekend. That way I can go enjoy some music if I want and not be stuck at my table the whole time the conference is going on.
Yes, I brewed a Belgian Summer Saison. It was well received at the Fall 2008 show so I decided to make it again.
