Reaching in with a flat hand ready for a handshake, other person comes in with the knuckle. End up holding the knuckle..and shake it.. very awkward/funny..but I think its even worse when receiving this hand knuckle shake.

About a year ago I was leaving the office and a brand new male employee who I had not met yet stopped me in the hallway and introduced himself. He already knew my name somehow and after a quick intro he asked ???Do you know where there is a Bath House in the Dallas area???????..having grown up in NY and spending a good amount of time in Greenwich Village I immediately assumed this guy was asking me where to go meet gay men. I politely told him I didn???t and started to walk away. He said ???Well, in San Antonio there???s this place called the Bath House where I used to get my car washed???. Somewhat relieved I said, ???Oh, a car wash, yeah there is one down the street and every Wednesday they have a special for $9.99??????.???NINE NINETY NINE??? the dude bellowed ???I can???t afford NINE NINETY NINE for a car wash???. I asked him how much the Bath House charged and he said ???Well, you can buy a card that???s good for a year for $200 and that gets you as many car washes as you want???. I asked how often he washed his car and he said ???4-5 times a week???. I told him I didn???t know of anyplace like that and walked out to my car. As I was walking I thought, damn, this dude washes his car 200-250 times a year???.I gotta see this Ferrari or whatever he drives that deserves that much care. I looked around and quickly determined that his car had to be the 12 year old Ford Escort that looked like it was ready for the junk heap.
I laughed outloud at this post. Nice one.
This is an outrageous waste of water (on 2 levels) in a state that increasingly has less of it to suit the needs of its populace.

The creepiest thing a guy can do is give you the dead fish handshake.....by no means gay related....just creepy and it makes me not want to know you.
Even worse, though, are the dudes who like, sorta cock their hands funny as you're about to shake, so you end up grabbing around their fingers, and their hand ends up sort of cupping like a dainty woman's would. Its like, am i supposed to kiss the top of this guy's hand now?
But also: dudes who try to squeeze your hand to sawdust when you're just being casually introduced... What are you going for exactly??
