Kefir Milk
On the second day of dis mit.
Dont know much about it. Seems to be working out ok. The lady said the kefir grains are from North Carolina, or somewhere I can't remember exactly.
Anybody else?
Using 10oz portions of 1% organic milk every 12 hrs.

I had fun culturing/fermenting Kefir for a bit. I gave it a chance but never really acquired a taste for it and stopped. This was the same time I started messin with kombucha and I got way more into making that.
I've had kefir bread that was pretty good. The milk drink tastes foul to me.

because I don't recall how my mother used to make it. I know the ingredients were super basic so it may be pretty close. Ya gotta have it with sour cream though.
