    I saw Segovia when I was 13.
He pioneered classical guitar in the 20th century.

John Williams has 2 psychy records.

I never heard an Assad brothers recording I didn't like.

Charlie Byrd & Laurindo Almedia brought Segovia classical technique to jazz and Almedia has some light classical stuff.

  • isn't segovia considered the all time master?

sabiacas is cool for flamenco. he also did a "psych" album with joe beck, but its not that recommendable.

but my all time personal favourite is lenny breau who incorporated srgovia/sabiacas with bill evans and chet atkins

Segovia, the master, was surpassed (technically and perhaps musically) by his students.
Two notables are Christopher Parkening and John Williams.
