The year is almost over. Crazy.
I wanted to spend the last month of the year catching up on the best mixes that came out in '10.
Post em up !
Here is a mix that is the sound of my ideal night out.
I love that Nu Mark came correct with this. Eschewing corny turntablist gimmickry for expert blending and cohesion of sound.

brazilian, reggae, prog/psych rock, jazz and funk/soul/disco
cut chemist's sound of the police is good but quite short on the variety of the selections
d??m-funk did 2 or 3 good mixes this year too
some of the low end theory podcasts were very dope namely the d-styles/shlohmo one
if I had to recommend 2 stones throw podcasts: the one Kutmah did and the bay area rap one by 12 Man Rambo
Spinna's Strange games and funky things vol. 5 is worth a listen as well
google 'patch lunch Friendly Being Some Seals' if you want to listen to one of the best laidback hip hop mixes of the year
those afromentals mixes from the dream in audio blog were pretty dope
there are many more
but that's just what came to my mind right now

besides a couple of favorites on sixtonarmor i gotta say the Demdike Stare mix-cds (Industrial Desert, Samhain Slant Azimuth) were killers. Galactic Convertible Music also.
