so T.I. just happens to be walking by a building as a man is threatening to kill himself by jumping to this death. T.I. asks the cops if there is anything he can do to help and just happens to talk this man down....
just 2 days before he goes in front of a federal judge for his probation violation....
fishy? or coincidence?
