wobbly scrolling

just got my computer back from the shop and re-installed nearly everything. the one thing i can't figure is why webpages "wobble" when i scroll up or down- they used to be steady, but now i'm getting kinda seasick.already fiddled around w/ my internet and system parameters with no luck.. anybody know what i'm missing here?

    assuming your on windows?



    you most likely need to update your video card drivers...



    theres also a "smooth scrolling" option in Control Panel > Internet Options > Advanced tab > Settings:Browsing
