Joran Van Der Sloot's Luck Runs Out?

June 2 (THAINDIAN NEWS) The news has just been released by BNO News that Joran Van Der Sloot has been accused in Peru, for the murder of a 21 year old female. Van Der Sloot was the prime suspect in the disappearance of Natalie Hollaway, an American student who vanished on May 30, 2005 while on her senior trip to Aruba.

Interpol is said to be on the heels of Juran Van Der Sloot, since all evidence points to him as the suspect in the murder of the daughter of a racer, Ricardo Flores. Sthefany Tatiana Flores Ramirez was found dead this morning in the Miraflores hotel Tac, after vanishing on Friday. Her family named Joran as the last person to see her alive. She reportedly left a casino with Joran and was not seen again until her body was found. Joran is said to have fled the country on May 31, and is suspected of being in Argentina. Interpol is searching for him.

Joran Van Der Sloot has been long suspected of foul play in the disappearance on Natalie Holloway, and has confessed to her death in several different scenarios, but each one just added to the fact that there was too much false evidence and not enough true evidence in the case for a conviction. Since Hollaway???s body was not found, it also made an arrest difficult in the case. Since the body of Ms. Ramirez was found in Peru, perhaps the outcome will not be so good for Joran Van Der Sloot this time, and justice may finally be served.

damn, they really need to put this mutherfucker away...

i thought i remembered that he got off in the Aruba case b/c his dad was like the head judge on the island or something?

I guess his Dad somehow managed to cover it up in Aruba - he has died since - meanwhile, joran fled the country, almost got caught up in a prostitution ring in Thailand, and since then has been 'getting his groove on' in Peru i suppose. I was willing to give him the benefit of the doubt in the holloway case as no one could get him convicted and a body was never found, but with so much smoke...
Seems like dude is pretty much a full blown psycho at 23 yrs of age.

    Cosign.

Also nice to see that Strutters no longer get their collective panties in a wad at the mere suggestion that the death penalty should be used when appropriate.

    Hey Rock,

Normally, I'm not a huge proponent of the death penalty, but like Peterson (Denzel Washington's character in "A Soldier's Story") said, "Some things need killin'." He's a horrible human being, and I hope that a punishment commensurate with his crimes is meted out. This is assuming, of course, that the evidence clearly indicates him as the killer.

    Stacks,

I also believe that in certain cases the Death Penalty is appropriate justice. And I'm talking about airtight, pre-meditated violent murders, serial killings or gang murders. You may even be able to convince me that some sexual predators deserve it as well. If the Van Der Sleaze dude is proven to have murdered this young girl in Peru I say, like you do, give him the juice.

    Rich

I think spending his time in Peruvian prison might be worse, and someone would eventually kill him anyway.

  • I just read that he has been CAUGHT, hopefully this clown will never breath freedom again.

  • Joran van der Sloot has confessed to killing 21-year-old Peruvian Stephany Flores Ramirez after she began looking at files on his laptop, CNN reports.

The broadcaster says Van der Sloot, 22 Joran van der Sloot could be formally charged on with the killing on Tuesday, quoting Peruvian government authorities.

According to local media reports, Van der Sloot was angry Ramirez after she opened his lap top and began looking at files. He broke her neck in the ensuing row.

While looking through the lap top, Ramirez realised Van der Sloot was involved in the disappearance of Natalee Holloway, the American student who disappeared on Aruba five years ago, the Telegraaf said.

life in a peruvian penitentiary will be a hell on earth for this guy...

  • I just read that this psycho confessed to killing the girl in Peru. Dude will be lucky to last a year in a Peru jail

He said he killed her because she was using his laptop after he left the room, came back, saw her on it and lost it.
'She should have respected my privacy' < actual quote.
Apparently there was incriminating stuff concerning holloway on it.

Yeah, well, F&%K Aruba for letting this psychopath go in the first place. It only took one extra dead girl to put his ass in jail where it belongs.

I think you mean fuck America for letting this guy slip through an FBI sting and leave the country with money provided by Natalie Holloways mother through the feds, Fuck Aruba for having a justice system so weak that this assholes father could manipulate it, and fuck Holland for their shameful handling of the case full stop.

    Bad looks all round.

More on the FBI sting clusterfuck here: http://gretawire.blogs.foxnews.com/breaking-news-fbi-video-taped-it-all/

I don't know if we can blame "America." Even if the FBI did have incriminating evidence, that doesn't necessarily give it authority to arrest someone in another country (not that that always stopped them in the past).

Besides, I don't trust information on Fox News' "Greta Wire." In the same entry just linked here, we have this douche flying to Peru via Columbia. That's just pathetic.

I know, i was being facetious. The FBI were working with the Aruban police in a fed-run sting, the arrest would be made by the locals, the deal was apparently to hand him over to the Americans for trial in America.

you have no idea the personal pain i endured linking to Faux news. but i couldnt find the transcript of an interview i had read yesterday.

I strongly oppose to the death penalty in this case, 25 years with no chance of getting out early could be the right thing. He's not in the same folder of the "airtight, pre-meditated violent murders, serial killings or gang murders".
