F.A.T. - funky and tough re v. og

I was wondering if anyone has a copy and can check, or simply knows off hand if the reissue of F.A.T. funky and tough comes in a paste-on style jacket? I'm curious because I found a copy today in a paste-on, however, the run-out had markings indicating that the record was a scorpio press (5032 and S-xxxxx) 
. I didn't think scorpio used paste-ons in the interest of cost, so i'm wondering if this is the work of some clown stuffing a reissue into an og sleeve to pass it off as an og (don't really know why one would do this, but want to know if i should keep a closer eye out for this nonsense in town in the future).
