"Na Na Hey Hey Kiss Him Goodbye" was their one and only hit back in 1969, but the album that came behind it was just as good. Mainstream rock would be a good way of putting it - not quite as "heavy," "serious" or "progressive" as any of the bands heard on FM underground radio, but not as bubblegummy as the Archies, and not as middle-of-the-road as the Classics IV. And as a bonus, the hook from "Na Na" repeats itself several times in other songs...
