I WISH it was on some Spanish pirate stuff...

I would be sitting on a beautifil beach with pristine golden sand... then it wouls start raining and where ever the droplets hit would kind of burn away - like it was acid rain - to complete blackness... the sand, trees, my leg... whereever the rain landed. It would rain heavier and heavier and bits of my arms and stuff would be eaten away. I was 10 or something so that used to freak the hell outta me.
On the flip side I used to be a real crap sleeper too and used to be able to rewind my dreams to replay something cool or change something I didn't like... like a semi concious choose your own adventure. It was wicked.
1. my teeth are falling out. actually, it is more like the teeth are coming apart in shards and i am spitting them out whilst i look for a dentist to fix them (i never find the dentist).
2. i lose my shoes or they are stolen. often this entails me having to walk on a side walk covered in broken glass or sharp objects as i am trying to recover my shoes (i never find them)
I read somewhere that this is a very common dream. It does mean something but I can't remember what. I've actually had it myself. It's probably stress related.
So you could actually get that jetpack & skel can make his freak fantasies a reality...sort of.
I had one of those when I was a teenager. I was in a building hit by some kind of missile, a scud or something, and I died in the explosion. The rest of my dream was spent trying to figure out what the afterlife was all about. As near as I could tell it involved vast expanses of desert wasteland and lugging around a 30 lb. burlap sack containing a green jello-type concoction, which was apparently all the dead were allowed to eat. I remember trying to warn my living relatives that the afterlife sucked and to stay alive as long as possible and enjoy good food.
thats so weird i have a similar recurring dream but in different scenarios where this person i know hooks his finger in the roof of my mouth and leads me all over the place like that. every dream is different and we are always some where interesting but i'm always being led around like that by him in that recurring way. it's very odd. then by the end of the dream i'm still still hooked on and sometimes i wake up and have jaw pain. i would say i have one of those dreams once a month at least. i have tried to analyze this i think it's very odd.
i attribute mine to teeth and jaw issues that i've had since i was a child. that's just one recurring dream that i have. i also have a recurring dream about rotten/breaking teeth that originates from inside the mouth (the dream is basically from the p.o.v. of inside the mouth) and one about having an animal in bed. fun stuff.
it is said that dreams about breaking or crumbling teeth have to do with fears of losing power and inner strength and growing old. a lot of people have dreams of their teeth crumbling or falling out when they have recently had a death of someone close to them too.
i am finishing up my msters but i alaways freak out
haha

I would like to point out that I used "recurring." I too am a nitpicker.
in my dream, I have only one friend. His teeth fall out as he blasts away into the acid rain on a jetpack. And so it goes.
