The rampant availability of tattoo parlors in Massachusetts these days makes it reeeeeeally easy to give into spur-of-the-moment temptation. From what I understand though, they're pretty good about not working on you if you're f*cked up. At least the ones in the city, anyway.
By the way???that ink looks excellent for being 16 years old. My back piece has faded and bled a bunch, and I got it in 1996.
