    I never understood what was good about labtekwon.

    Have you peeped early 90s stuff like the Ghetto Gospel EP? Don't know what's not to like there. Dude had the tongue-twisting stamina of a Percee P, but with way more versatility, compelling content and sheer output.

    Percee P is a legend to me, but that status undeniably rests on a very scant few recordings and radio appearances. If I had only heard his first three records I might consider him one of the best ever, but his stock went way down with me as he quickly started rehashing the same old flows and sounded stiffer and more and more like he was reading off the page.
