Why is this song so f*cking awesome?... i've gotten laid to this song, gotten blunted to this song, listened to it in my car way too many times, listened to it inside and everywhere else.I think the best used version of the song would be on the Jaydee remix of Runnin'http://www.imeem.com/people/4vakAc/music/PHxKVnfc/the_pharcyde_runnin_jay_dee_remix/

    I'd be hard pressed to choose. They are both so awesome.

    One thing that I have never been able to pinpoint is the difference between the album version and the 12" versions of "Outstanding" -- always preferred the album cut.

    Oh ish! I always thought the Askari X song was a replay of "Outstanding". "Yearning For Your Love" is a top 10 song for me. Gap Band and Cameo were my two favorite groups when I was a kid. Lots of neighborhood memories associated with their songs..
