    has anyone seen Rosario Dawson's passion project entitled "The Descent"? She produced it and made it happen. It's a major turd and reaches a pretty wtf moment at the end.

    The "twist" in SEVEN POUNDS was easily guessed within the first 25 minutes of the movie, which then left you with another 1.5 hours to see if there was anything else interesting in store. There isn't. Despite that, there was APPLAUSE at the end of screening I saw, though the fact I viewed it at the Glendale Americana venue explains that. I mean, there's a miniature Eiffel Tower right outside the theatre. Anyone impressed by that would probably proclaim SEVEN POUNDS a masterpiece.b, 21b, 21BTW - I AM A BOY AND HIS DOG LEGEND took an amazing thought-provoking book that spawned not one but two enjoyable film adaptations and reduced it to a brainless shoot-and-run action dud. With sensitive Bob Marley listening sessions of course. Pretty much unforgivable.
