Everytime one of these threads happen everybody gets their feelings hurt if they weren't mentioned. the weird thing is that there are names on some of those lists that i didn't even know. that long list had some that i dont know. b, 21b, 21anyways, i'm safe, raj named me by first and last name, which i'm sure breaks all sorts of asterisk rules, and also makes me wonder how he knows my last name......b, 21b, 21b, 21!
b, 21you live in the bay and i still havent met you...
b, 21
b, 21we need to get another bay area soulstrut gathering. its been YEARS since one happened. seemed like spots all over the country had quickies a few years back but now were all grown with other things to do... oh well... maybe in the '09! maybe a potluck in the park or at someones house.

b, 21I would like to.. play video games with Junior and Day, check out some art with TheeeCasualMale and AwwDamn, go on Batmon's ghetto sightseeing tour with Ako and his moped army, dig for soul 45s at GoodRecordsNyc with Jinx74, chill at the movies with Bassie and Sole-o-nice, sing karaoke with rapedonkeys and shig, drink some with Gary and Herm at a Cosmo gig.

font class="post"1b, 21b, 21Ha!You know that through the power of the interweb we can make this happen! In fact if it's all the same to you I'll hang around after the video games for the rest of the day as that's a hell of a schedule you got there.b, 21b, 21There are strutters I'd particularly like to meet but considering my tally of real life strutter encounters (discluding the one who introduced me to the site) currently stands at 0 I think I'd happily meet anyone.
yahmo be thereb, 21b, 21if selectedb, 21b, 21fusk the buttonhole carnation or 'copy of the Times' id clicheb, 21b, 21Ye shall be known by toting a rinked copy of Paul Hardcastle '19' or suitable Rah Band raer.
Ha ha. Yes a Blighty meet up is long over due.b, 21b, 21b, 21Saying that, I've always meant to go to the Bristol Brillo so I could say hello to Pencilface and James F, and that's just down the road, but I've never quite got there.
Hell yeah all in for a UK meet up. The more the merrier plus I'm fascinated to see what kinds of freaks of natures half of you are in person.... img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/beerbang.gif" alt="" 21

Or maybe one of Skells' lethally trained children will take offence to the mocking of Vorderman, or some such, and decide to avenge his father.
font class="post"1b, 21b, 21It's the complete fakeness coupled with the over-the-top nature of the schtick that does it, I think. Makes you wonder what evil lurks beneath the surface. I was grabbing lunch in the cafeteria in my building the other day and there were four carolers by the cash registers in full Dickensian garb just hamming the fusk out of these Christmas songs. I mean, really, REALLY over the top with it. It was creepy. Like, I thought one of them might follow me into the parking lot and stab me creepy. I had a momentary vision of macing them and kicking the really tall dude squarely in the balls, and it made me smile.

b, 21Is it just me, or do some of these extra long lists of famous strutters sort of read like a Timmy Digalot LP wishlist only coverted into people. Nothing personal against like... Faux Rillz and the Headhunters break or whatever, just sayin'

We had a part-time merchant-navy, part-time clown live 3 doors down from us when we were growing up. He was a massive alcoholic and as kids, we would watch from our bedroom windows in fits of laughter as he would drunkenly manoeuvre his Mk4 Ford Zephyr out of the pub car park (2 mins walk away) during which he would hit several stationary objects, every night.b, 21b, 21He was a bad, bad nonce as it turned out. :shudder:b, 21b, 21(bonus beat: My dad kicked their vicious mutt so hard he broke his foot and blamed it on a goal-post).

font class="post"1b, 21b, 21Well I'm glad you asked w/out taking offense.b, 21b, 21b, 21My girl is a Psycho-Social Sciences graduate, and one of the weirdest things she ever told me was that black people, regardless of culture, country, language etc etc, are more likely to suffer from clown-phobia or whatever it's called than any other race. Which is just odd that they even started asking and drawing up graphs of which ethnicities are more prone to clown phobia than others. But they did. And that was the result.b, 21b, 21b, 21DISCLAIMERb, 21This was my girl's course, I don't remember the name of the paper, who commissioned it, but I'm guessing it's out there somewhere, or if headz really want to know the deal, I can ask her to dig through her files or point me in the right direction.b, 21b, 21b, 21Aside from that, if K in Canada's name hasn't cropped up on this thread yet...
