New eBay payment system Propay?

Any sellers sign up for a Propay account yet? Ebay just recently signed some agreement with them. Their fee structure is a little bit less than paypal, but you have to pay a yearly fee. Wondering if I should mess with this.

And if anyone was wondering, yes, they allow buyers to file chargebacks with virtual impunity. Unless there's some change on the level of the credit card companies themselves I guess we're going to have to live with that.
