The fish dish I made for the very first time this week was AMAZING.b, 21b, 21-Fry veg oil, garlic and scotchbonnet peppersb, 21b, 21-When peppers and garlic become soft, add one large ripe tomato and medium onion, stir and let cook til onion becomes translucent and tomato becomes mushyb, 21b, 21-Place fish fillets on top, sprinkle with paprika and ground pimento or pimento seeds and cover for a couple of minutesb, 21b, 21-Flip them and let sit for another couple of minutesb, 21b, 21-Add veg stock and fresh thyme and cover til fish doneb, 21b, 21-Spoon over riceb, 21b, 212. The new bedroom in a converted attic which is floor to ceiling cedar panels, including the ceiling, is the most wonderful space to fall asleep and wake up in.
