b,121we're a Norwegian - Berlin based company about to launch a social marketplace for buying and selling vinyl records structured after the world's major music scenes.
b,121The idea behind the scene structure is that it will help users to find and explore new music/labels and then use the market place to search for sellers/labels/artists that distribute those records. Our aim with this structure is to make local musical innovation globally available on vinyl and thereby support artists, independent labels and record stores.Currently we have opened up parts of the page so that anyone interested can check out the service, set up a profile, a shop and upload records. It's also possible to see what the profile and shop will look like and get a peek at some parts of the user interface. Check out:

    from a design / usability perspective -- who can actually make out any of the light grey text without having to strain there eyes? i'm talking about the vertical box menu on the left / the text for the interviews on the third column / etc...b,121b,121if motherfuckers are gonna use 10px fonts, then you gotta come with something darker than #EFEFEF!
