yeah, hipster namechecking aside, Ta Det Lungt[/b] is a fantastic album.
Don't know if Dungen's as much a they as it is a he (in conception at least). Guy seems, um, really focused. Anyone know if his other earlier stuff is as good as this one?

I prefer the debut. More 70's prog, less psych/garage:
I think Dungen (i.e Gustav Ejstes) has a background in hip hop which could explain some of the retro thinking.
yeah, the guy comes from hip-hop and he plays a lot of instruments. Dungen producer-guru is the great Stefan Kery from Subliminal Sounds, that explains a lot of things.
