Price czech? U-Roy Version Galore

Picked it up at the record show a few weeks ago, but haven't been able to track down any info on the price. I'm pretty sure that it's an original pressing.

    Good call, it's a great record.
    Funny thing about that one is lots of them were printed with I-Roy
    instead of U-Roy, so they printed up little stickers with a U and stuck
    them over the I.

    $40 is on the high side, I've definitely gotten $25-30 for it a few times as well.

    It's not a particularly hard record to find as JA albums go.

    Oh, for sure I'm keeping it. Not only is it heat, it's an important part of the history of hip hop. I was just trying to get an idea of my score ratio. I payed $5 for it.

    The record was pressed a bazillion times - the score ratio would depend on if you have an early issue of the LP.

    Please to elaborate, because as far as I know dude is credited as the progenator of rapper.

    I;m pretty sure its an early press, based on the the look of it.

    Early press is on the Treasure Isle label, will say "I Roy" not "U Roy" on the jacket. Deep groove label with the original treasure chest logo.
