Beats= Dope Lyrics= Okay Album placed in an era of its time= Classic! Gangstarr Foundation had it on lock....not denying the fact Primo had a lot to do with that.
On a side note, saw all of them at DNA in SF back in 94 or 95. Amongst others, Primo ACTUALLY cuttin' up Onyx on Come Clean.
This album brings back a lot of memories. This kind of hiphop IS extinct. Not even Premier is doing it quite like he used to back in the 90??s. and it??s not coming back... Oh well, at least we have the classics.
I'm sayin', NOTHING was fuckin' with this album when it dropped in 95'.
NOTHING...except these:
Plus this:
Among others...
Damn 'shied. With the exception of the Goodie Mob ,which was almost the token "southern rap" album non southern gore tex originoo gun clappaz dudes rode for, that's a pretty new york centric mayne.
Yo Gaffler whats up w/ the hatt...u slip up alot in this department.

I picked stuff that was most similar to Group Home. But if you really want to test my '95 grimy, Wu Tang-esque gangsta...I'm rolling with the undiscovered genius of Psyko Ward's Rekreation.

Wu Tang and Nas made them come out of the woodwork. Then Group Home and Mobb Deep made them unbearable.
Thank the Lord for Eightball & MJG.
