If you are looking to dig, there's a shit ton of 1 and 2 tracker LPs out there, from NY Latin, to South America, to West Africa - I think one of Frank's mixes had some?
This sort of stuff is cool but not really DJ friendly:
This is more guitar trio psych.
Another good one is Bang Bang Lulu by Sparrow's Troubadors.
But if you are looking for solid albums that are DJ/Dancefloor friendly, check stuff like:
(Lafayette Afro Rock Band - Afon release from about 10 years ago)

it might be called something completely different cuz neither of those 2 titles sound familiar. however, it is credited to (the zombies). there's also a kinda half doowoppie half banda version of hey baby thats not psychedelic but i love it.

Check this mix I did a few years back... Part 2 coming mighty soon... followed by Part 3. Love the psychedelic latin myself... but I lean more on the rock side of things. Just got a copy of El Kinto - Circa 1968 HIGHLY reccomended if you like Traffic Sound/We All Together
I love this tune! The whole lp is hot. I posted it and some other Rivera tracks on my blog and the man got in touch with me. Not in an angry way, but just wanted to let me know that he's living in BK and still doing his thing.

I never saw the LP. I found 2 Promo 45s in a Dollar Bin and they are fire... The presing sounds great in the Club. What??s the LP like?
Psychedelic descarga from Peruvian group Sonora Casino. I took it from the new 2 LP comp "Obsession" on Bully Records, so if you like the track, BUY THE RECORD
I had to open up soulstrut again so I could keep listening to this song. bueno!
The most recent Happy Jazz mix on Waxing Deep features this track. Adrian Leach brings it each and every time. The whole mix is pure jawdropping madness.
Really? I didn't find anything psychedelic whatsoever on this record.
Lord knows, it sure don't LOOK psychedelic...
It's not, although it is a great guitar-led boogaloo record. I'm not sure where he's getting the psychedelic idea from. Reminds me of Joe Cuba's "Psychedelic Baby," which is a great, fun, track - but the only thing "psychedelic" about it is that they chant "psychedelic baby" at the chorus ... otherwise, just another shing-a-ling track.

Folks need to podcast the show! You hear gems like this all the time.

Nice... I just got a 45 of theirs with 2 solid tracks. From what I know, the LP was recorded in 71, but not released until 76... correct?
Ah... didn't know the title of the record. The 45 I have is from 71 so I thought it might be from the same session.
