Haven't heard the new album , but i dug some of the sides from the previous albums... instrumental dub and afro-beat played by dudes who grew up playing punk and indie rock ... some of it sounds like Isotope 217 or Tortoise partially cause Jeff Parker / Bundy Brown/ Rob Mazurek make appearances ...

Rupert Holmes is quite multi-talented as a singer, producer, composer, music and T.V. show writer, and playwright. I highly respect the man.
