Well I've won plenty of food from McDonald's and I won tickets to a concert from a local radio station one time back in 89' by getting on the phone and answering the question "Who shot Alexander Hamilton?" But I was grounded from the phone at the time and everything else so I could go get my tickets...

in middle school i got the chance to jump in one of those glass cages where they blow the money all around. rewards for selling magazine subscriptions or wrapping paper or some odd shit. anyways it was all 1$ bills but they threw in 2 50$s...it was real hecctic for like 30 seconds just grabbin at whatever i could but when they turned it off i looked down and saw not one but TWO bills with zero's on em!!!...bankrolled!!..walked out with like 111$, that was ill at 13.

also won 50$ on a lottery ticket and a massive jar of jolly ranchers for guessing the correct # of them in elem. school.

I high school I won a Genesis album package. Five LP's (Lamb Lies Down, Wind and Wuthering, etc.) which I sold to the used record store within a month.

I also won tickets to see Boston and Sammy Haggar. At the Omni in Atlanta on January 11, 1979 (I looked it up).

Last year I won $53 on a powerball ticket.

word. i used to work at this place called charlie browns as a host and i won that guess how many pieces of candy in a jar. it was like 600 somthing in there and i was off by 1. tht was dope. i won tickets to the movies. but i gave em away. peace, stein. . .

in the 3rd grade I won a TV from Sears. They were giving away a bunch of prizes and I wanted the 10 speed bike so I asked dude how many times I could enter my name in the drawing. He said as many times as I wanted so I filled out 37 entries before my mom told me we had to go. The next day they called to tell me I won a tv. It was awesome and bigger than my parents tv.

i won a couple of DJ battles. got a bunch of crap like needles, headphones, and a pair of k-swiss shoes that i flipped on ebay for $$$ and got 2 free flights to chicago, one of which included limousine service to and from the plush hotel they put us up in... all for 4 minutes of DJing.

when i was like 12, i won a walkman from a box of ritz crackers. it's the same walkman i use today.

Ok, I can recall 3 significant times I have won:

* When I was about 10 or something, this department store had this contest to see which kid could transform their transformer the fastest! So, I enter. All these older kids were there too and I felt pretty intimidated - until they brought out the trasnformers wehad to use, which was one that i already had. So anyway, I kicked everyone's ass by a mile and won a brand new transformer!

* I won my university DJ competition a few years back. That was quite satisfying!

Oh, and I won $50 store credit from Dusty Groove a year or two ago for filling out one of their international shipping surveys. Bonus!

I won a website design contest for the movie From Dusk Till Dawn. This was '96 or '97 or something. I was still young. Miramax was too fucking cheap to make their own website so they made a contest as to who would make the best one. They were surprised I was 16. The prize was a private screening of the film for me and my friends. It was bullshit though because they planned it on spring break at 10AM on a Saturday. Who the fuck gets up that early to see a movie?

One bitter ass dude who lost emailed me and said I was in cahoots with Miramax and the contest was fixed.

Me too, most I ever won in a casino was 1200 playing the outside on roulette. Most I ever lost in a casino was a couple hundred. Also hit five final tables in local poker tournaments last year and early this year, and totalled up almost 5000 from that too.

Won a dj coffin at a party in a raffle once, then traded it for herbs.

Hit the final numbers in a Super Bowl box pool, 1000 dollars there. Also hit a halftime and a few quarters over the years, but only one final.

I beat a 2001 Corvette with my '96 Impala once.
