If you are interested in newer releases there are a lot of good Especial stuff, especially Jazztronik and Sleep Walker (if you like that jazz dance sound) http://www.discogs.com/label/Especial+Records
Juno has loads of japanese 12"s these days courtesy of Nik Weston.
So the first youtube video, the 6 minute version is the LP version??? And the shorter one is the 12"?
As far as JPN 12"s, you wanna check out a lot of the nu-jazz stuff in Japan, and stuff on the "Shibuya Jazz Classics" label... the toshiki kadomatsu stuff, his album After 5 Clash can be found around the traps...
I haven't been able to find my list of shit on my hard drive and my memory is shot - but head over to the J-Pop section of a healthy record store and do some listening, there's some cool boogie stuff by J-Pop artists of the 80s. Not 12"s, but you wanna cop the Tatsuro Yamashita LPs for sure... especially Spacy and Circus Town... The live Tatsuro Yamashita version has a bangin version of "Dancer" off Spacy with a nice break on it too..
