Ive just been on a spending spree on ebay diggs and i was just wanting to know what is the most expensive record you have ever bought!!!im just trying to justify my sepnding !!!

    spend what youre willing to. if you want a record 200 dollars bad, then its worth that much.

    the most i ever spent on a record was $55.00 (songs of innocence, 4 or 5 years ago), however i'm about to break the limit of the most i've ever SOLD a record for as we speak...($456.99 right now, a day left)

    I've spent over $20 on a few occasions, but the Nigeria 70 comp was the only one that was ever even worth it. Whatever else I bought in the $20-30 range I either found a copy of for a buck or two not long after or was an unsatisfying impulse buy.

    as far as LPs, I dropped a bill on KPM "Afro Rock" about 6 years ago...

    It does seem strange I am willing to drop loot on a 45 with maybe 5 minutes of music on it, but Im not willing to drop loot on an LP with considerably more music and a big pretty cover....

    Ha. This was a strictly grip and flip maneuver. It netted $4000+ on ebay.
