is fire eater really that pad friendly? i think thats one of those breaks i'd prefer to chop on the computer.
anyways, heres a couple of favouirets (i base this list on breaks that i have used more than 3 times myself, not necessary the best breaks of all time, altho the beats ended up awesome (of course!!)):
"Fire Eater" is pretty incredible. (Thank you asprin for the giveaway!) I get the O-face each time I hear it.
Fuzzy Haskins "Da Fuzz & Da Boog" was the first break record I got. Given to me by my roommate in 1989. I am still not tired of it. Kinda muddy in the mids, but I am not really that mad about it.
This tambourine heavy mellow mellow break gets me all excited. I've been feeling all the un-banging straight ahead stuff lately.
Like this Hoctor break. One of the toughest in mine private garden minder.
Cox Orange has that straight ahead charm, though. And that one twoply had for sale last week, that was cool. I never heard of it.
*BONUS NERD ROUND*[/b]
There's 25+ breaks used in this shit. Mostly common. Can you name them all?

That's the dope shizz right there, Bam. I'm gonna have to dig up that little Hot Wax / Invictus break mix I did for Sanctuary awhile back and throw it up here. BRAEKS FOREVER, MANG!

This shit is TOUGH.
OOOOOOOHHHHH
And yes for Synthetic Substitution, Billy Squier's Big Beat and Apache.
There's a reason why theyre classics.
I like these two plus "Assembly Line."
sooooo bouncy
apache drums (not the rest of it) are kind of hard to get sick of.
But my fravrite braek is always the one I'm gonna find on tomorrow's next dig.
Yeah... it's gotta be the "Spread Love" version, though, where the drums have been slowed down and beefed up.
Solid.
Yes and YES.
My fav use if this is when Mr Cee cuts it up for that garden freestyle w/ big, BDK & pac. That break is custom made for Mcs like that to rip.
LONG LIVE JB
