Anyone found a link for this yet? I don't have much faith in it coming to Australia any time soon.
-so it's possible that more eclectic Video stores(i.e. NOT Blockbuster) may have copies for rent.

You know about Skinema by Chris Nieratko? Dude has always been pretty funny. Don't know how many porn reviews I could read, but it's out in paperback($10 on Amazon)..
SKINEMA reviews over 150 pornos but seldom mentions porn. The book is actually about the pill-popping exploits of Chris Nieratko. "He's an asshole," as Johnny Knoxville puts it, but whether he's rescuing a stalker from choking on her own vomit, getting his nose broken for having AIDS (he doesn't), or marrying the one woman that can put up with his insanity, his life sounds so much like a collection of hilarious bar stories it's impossible not to grab a beer and listen to the whole thing. Ten years ago, Chris Nieratko was getting drunk with pals from the seminal skateboard magazine Big Brother and writing whatever came to his wasted head. When he became the editor they started a now-infamous group of idiots called Jackass. Chris ate eggs until he puked for the show but his love of pills and sleeping lent itself more to the literary world. When Vice Magazine and a few other outlets said they needed porn reviews, Chris obliged by sticking the names of porn videos above various rants about his life. The review for LIQUID GOLD 2 begins, "My mom could single-handedly save my town from flooding if ever the occasion arose. She once worked at the United States' largest producer of maxi-pads and before being laid off, stockpiled truckloads of the stuff." He mentions the porn he is reviewing approximately zero times. The pieces hardly ever address the videos, instead using them as a catalyst for ranting and reminiscing about his own life, the pieces ultimately forming a kind of anarchic memoir of sex, drugs, failed romantic encounters with pornstars, fake tits, bad decisions, mean-spirited antics, and the ultimate showstopper, marriage. The book also includes the definitive guide to getting a stripper to leave the club with you. SKINEMA is the first in a series of VICE books inspired by the magazine's content. It's called Jackass Journalism in remembrance of the once great gonzo journalism that so tragically shot itself in the head recently.
Yeah, he has them all..I just didnt post the rest. He gonna make me go diggin' in storage for my stash. I might have sold them on Ebay around the time I sold a large collection of Thrasher,Trans, and other skate mags from the 70's/80's and a rare Sucidal Tendencies deck.
Dam not bad! I almost had the entire collection...I guess you didn't have the Cereal Box issue (I think it was #2!) I ended up lending some of them to a friend and he ruined most of them so I ended up selling the rest. One of my fav issues was "field trip to Hustler magazine" so great for a 13 year old to read in the bathroom! What ever happend to Simon Woodstock? He was in almost every issue with all his crazy skateboards, skimboards, bowling ball with trucks, ten foot pole with trucks, fishtank with trucks etc I think he also invented the "whirley-bird". Did't he have some boxing match and ended up being sued by Rocco?
I still have the cassette tape that came with one of the issues at home somewhere, it had all the crazy phone calls.
Rocco brothers were great I bet I still have my "Bitch" t-shirt somewhere...
No, I didnt have the Cereal Box issue..but that was the first issue I ever read(a friends). I started on 3, which I think had the metal spiral bound. I think 4 was the Rick Howard in red paint issue(I think it was Rick Howard, at least..been a while).
Yeah, Simon Woodstock was always in that magazine...with the died hair and doing goofy shit. Carpet griptape, stairs, etc. I do remember something about a boxing match he was in..what was all that about? I forget now. I havent heard his name in a good minute now. No telling what that dude ended up doing.
