Thought I wanted Popeye's...but the wife didn't. So instead I got a roast beef po-boy from Gene's with a side of potato salad and peach cobbler for dessert.

    Drank a cold 25 oz bottle of this with dinner....

    Went to our usual spot El Rodeo with the wife:

    Chips w/ salsa roja y salsa verde
    Spinach enchilada (no queso)
    Bean Burrito (no queso)
    Rice & Beans (no queso)
    Side of lettuce & tomatoes
    An unexpectedly large mug of Dos Equis

    They know us there, so all we had to do was nod our heads when the waiter guessed our order. We also had a coupon, so wifey's meal was free.

    Welches makes a good raspberry juice but I'll sometimes go left w/ other flavors.

    Oh Snap! I had pistachio ice cream last night too. It was Haagen Dazs and it was pretty good. I remember having Ben & Jerry's pistachio ice cream and it was better than the Haagen Dazs.
