    nah it's some live recording from some hip hop show in the 80s.

    I think it was used on a 1200 Hobos tape. the intro to "Galopagos" if i remember correctly.

    Dibbs used it on Turntable Scientifics, and stuck the vocal at the start of one of the breakbeats he did for an early Bomb Hip Hop 12" shared with STS.

    Sorry, I have the record, but I don't have the technology.

    (I've always thought that the STS side was better than the beats Dibbs put on that single - Dibbs seemed to make sparse beats for scratching to, while STS made 6 delightfully noir gems that were all the rage during the heady days of trip-hop. Thing is, after hearing the beats Dibbs had available on Scientifics, why was this release so lame? "Allow me to lay some Protocol on You", among other segments, should've been teased out into a full release imho)
