    i'm not mad. it made me remember that episode of the sopranos where christopher was so high that he sat on adriana's small dog.

    I like swith it up, sometimes w/ the uber manly method as displayed above and sometimes w/ the school-yard version where the thumb holds back the other fingers out of view and you get a garishly long middle finger!
