    Not 100% sure, but based on stuff like Myspace and Facebook (i am ashamed to admit i use them) i think it might mean that he's online at the moment...

    It simply means the user's account is brand new and has not been active for over 30 days.

    I'm afraid it means I'm not going to receive payment on the 8 separate auctions of mine dude won. No eBay rating was bad enough of a sign. Seeing that the dude is located in the Russian Federation was worse. Not getting any replies to my emails probably seals the deal. And now that stupid symbol is straight up mocking me...damn you again, unfair world.
