whats the fastest you have sold a buy it now?

I just had my record, less than 10 minutes...put up an Elliott Smith LP on a buy it now for a hundred bucks...I posted it, went to the kitchenb to empty the dishwasher ...came back to the computer and had a paypal payment. Them Elliott Smith fans are quick.

    I use to list mid 90s indie hiphop spares like foundation & rezidue, they would go within 1 hour everytime i needed a quick lump sum of cash. Bless those japan headz and all the money they spend!!

    I've done a handful within 5-10 minutes, but that's just because someone e-mailed me to say they missed an auction and I told them I'd just make it a buy it now because I didn't want to sit through another auction.

    The last group of auctions I ran were 3 buy-it-nows ...
    I put them up late at night, around 2AM, and went to
    bed - when I woke up, 2 were sold and when I checked
    again during lunch the other was done.

    I don't know why more people don't list buy-it-nows ...
    everyone is so hung-up on the "unknown" possibility of
    a bidding war getting them extra $$$, but I would rather
    just list it at the price I want that I think people will
    pay, and have it over and paid for in a day or two, than
    wait around a week for an auction to play out.
