    yeah thats a real cool mix, i have that somewhere on a newyork early 80s rap radio tape, jive fm i think it is... anyway, i remember always being a bit puzzled cause its not the orig planet rock but a synthy demoish version, and i recall being told that it was from a pre athur baker planet rock recording or acetate... so whats the deal?

    i can't remember if i read it off the old spine website or what, but there was an article by a collector/shop owner who said he got into one of bambaataa's storage rooms, cause he didn't pay the rent, and he found an acetate of planrt rock that he described as 'synthy' and had more interpolations odf breaks on it. he didn;t refer to it as 'the addams family mix', so there could be two different demos of it floating around.

    haaa, more than a few years since last time i heard this, clearly no acap!

    btw..radio was a show by the awesome two (just remembered)
