Not that its the best, but the first one that came to mind is that Dilated Peoples beat that samples the cover of "light my fire". Just a dope sample which loops, but the subtle programming edits keep it from getting boring at all. Love that instrumental.
not my favorite of all time, but the first that came to mind was Artifacts Wrong Side Of The Tracks. This would be the first addition to many in a long long list.
Common Sense-Resurrection, I just love that little piano loop.

El Da Sensei was here last weekend, he rocked that song as his finale (minus the Tame verses obviously!). He rocked it for all 12 of us hip-hop heads in TC Fav instro for me would be "Guitar" of Dilla's Bling47 12" vol. 1 Peace Zeb
Digable Planets - Where I'm From (Aural G. Ride Mix) B.U.M.S - Take A Look Around (Vinyl Reanimator Remix) N-Tyce - Hush Hush Tip Diamond D, Sadat X - Feel It Grand Puba - I like It YZ - The Ghetto's Been Good To Me
nas - shootouts cypress hill - how i could just kill a man cypress hill - hits from the bong (which turned me onto sprinfield) kanye west - heard them say paul barman - It's very stimulating (the whole thing should have just been an instrumental album, but its so good that i listen to it anyway)
Favorite - no. But joints that come to mind. Shit i could listen to for like 20 mins.
Redman - Tonight's The Night Scarface - Money & The Power Dr.Doooom - You Live At Home With Your Moms Ed.OG & The Bulldogs - I Got Ta Have It/Be A Father To Your Child(the jazzier version) EpMd - Get Off The Bandwagon(remix) Three Times Dope - Funky Dividends Ice Cube - Once Upon A Time In The Projects
I ran that cassingle completely into the ground. I can't even remember if it had the instrumental on it, i just know the beat is what kept it in rotation. You know you're shit is on point when the beat on the remix is almost identical, and the song still gets its own video.
Outkast- Elevators
This was back when I used to get real worked up over upcoming releases. I loved Southernplayalistic... so much I was actually nervous about hearing the first single from the second album. I remember when I saw the Elevators music video for the first time my jaw just dropped, like "Who are these dudes?!?"

I agree but Lyrics Born ruined it for me.
not that it is a bad song but just that I heard it about 400 times by every dj in town for a solid two years.
I got to a point where I was requesting that they NOT play it.
But I can't even begin to name one favorite. I'm almost done with a mixtape that is basically all of my most loved instro's though, Beats are my shit.
