Stoked to see that Gang of Four up in this thread!
how about some metallic crap?
60's r&B and Soul by Clay Hammond, Rodger Collins, Some girls group I can't identifly but sounds like the Ronettes, and some other unknowns...bought these all at a yard sale around the corner from my old job. Also in the lot were all of the Golliwogs 45's MINT, and a good handful of mint 60's Galaxy sides by LJT, The Apollas and a few others. Not too shabby...spent about 25 bucks I think. Can anyone guess what's in the tin?

since no one else wants to play, heres a few more records of mine. nothin too raer, just some i like to listen to
i wanna play but all my pix are older...theres also tons of them so rather than choke up bandwidth trying to post em all here, check this page, they are all linked there for anyone interested. some samples:
unknown funk jazz group instrumental from arizona im assuming because i got this when i got the acetate of the Chuck Womack
male uptempo soul dance tune... very northern sounding
funky bluesy male vocal lead with female backing... white group possibly?
gospel group with funky beat "I Feel the Spirit" is possibly the tune.
early blues record
NEXT UP: REEL TO REELS
veda on west sounds
veda on m/w
san francisco tkos unreleased LP on reel to reel
lonnie hewitt of wee records fame interview
unreleased tunes from dorothy morrison of buddha, brown door, and "Oh Happy Day" fame
interview with 9th creation who did "Bubblegum" and numerous LPs
unreleased victor green tracks... his family had Big Vick Hammond records who released the Deloris Ealy track with "Jerome and His Band", he was also one of the most noted drummers in the Bay back in the day and toured cross country with james brown, bb king, etc.
Milton Wright, Invaders, Stark Reality and Kenny Rogers!
Had to throw some doodoo in the pix just to defuse the whole idea of showing off. But seriously, that Kenny R. got some sloppyfunk beats that will give you a serious case of ???????????????not.
an old system that got way out of hand. at first it was "mark records to come back to /check out/ sample/ etc" then it went to "also, write a note on the post it to point out what track had the cool sound, etc". 5 years on, i really need to just trash 95% of the notes, but now its kind of funny.
hey i have that birthright... i forget what it sounds like. shit, i forgot i had it. duh. this proves the uselessness of the "Post-It System" i guess.
