    the dashikis and the fro/hairstylyeeze would imply early 70s to me

    the thing is that i come across sooooo much no name private press salsa[no tico/vaya /fania] in the NY area that is great/above par
    i literally walk backwards into it [as any tri state digger will agree]
    i find it hard to distiguish between it all
    granted some has more ballads
    and some have hints of funk but there is a fine line between rare, good and expensive
