Anyone know if SEEN still gets up?

I was waiting on a train at Jamaica station today, and an old freighter rolled by with various throw-ups and tags on it. I couldn't believe amid all that shit on this rusted out car was a "SEEN" throw up. Nothing amazing, but it was still noteworthy...looked more faded than buffed....could be an imitator, or maybe an artifact from back in the day?anyone know what dude's up to, and if he still gets up?

    i've only seen commissioned stuff of his recently. he's not as young and nimble as he once was, plus he's a business dude, so i doubt he's trying to get himself into some potential trouble trying get up.
