Damn its kinda slow for a friday around these parts. Anyways, I'm listening to the new Fourtet album right now. Anybody else heard it yet? I think it's one of those albums that may grow on me a little. So far I don't like it as much as the last few albums but then again I've only heard it 5 or 6 times. It seems a little bit faster in tempo and not as much of the folky acoustic samples that I loved in his previous albums. What are you guys listening to?

I made a point to go back through my older and organized stash of records last night and was quite taken again by Cannoball Adderly's "Capricorn" and the rap that preceded it.

Such a DEEP track! Talk about getting introspective...

Definitely a must have soul/jazz track that can be had for cheap.
