i LOVE the Vanilla Fudge version of "Eleanor Rigby".
and the Japanese garage band The Spiders did a bunch of cool Beatles covers.

The Sunday Funnies one isn't half bad either. Or the Crusaders one for that matter. OOh, and Brian Auger's take on Day in The Life is pretty nice.
My favourite right now though, is The Ice Man's Band doing "Come Together".
