Here's a suite of re-edits i've done in the past week. The selection is a bit odd because I only re-edited stuff that I had in lossless format from cd rips. After re-editing in lossless, I encoded with Lame at 320kbps. Nice... Ain't No Nigga is one of the songs I had problems getting a good chunk of instrumental for and it's in that classic party rockers. I tried getting a lot of those from soulseek but I eventually gave up because the quality was so variable.

When I use the term I add it to show that i've added 8 bar intro's to songs. This is essentially the same thing the "Re-edits Classics" series does, so that's why I tack on "re-edits" to my stuff. I don't know if there's a formal definition though?

Is there a secret to uploading w/ yousendit? It usually takes me about 15 minutes, but this time I tried doing 4 files at ones in different windows and it is STILL uploading, from like an hour ago. Will have to find another way to post.

Also, Mint, this thread reminded me that a LONG time ago you asked me for a higher bit-rate copy of that Meters/Bun B jawn, which I never provided.

Thing is, it doesn't exist. I recorded that, encoded it, and then deleted the original. I need to re-record it for a mix one of these days, so whenever that happens I'll PM it to you.

In the mean-time, here's one I did more recently

I just re-edited my Ready To Die favorites: Everyday Struggles, Machine Gun Funk, Ready To Die, Respect, and Warning. I didn't do juicy or big papa because I already have them on wax.
