1 ??? invoice not received (it was a spam that I didn't read, I just discovered the message yesterday but bought the record last month)
2 ??? dispute "Payment has not been received" (I paid like 10 minutes after the dispute notification)
3 ??? 3 weeks later the record arrived broken

so all you're saying is that he did send an invoice, your email spam filter prevented you from receiving it, you eventually paid after he filed a non-paying bidder on you, the record then took a long time to arrive & was broken when it showed up, now he doesn't believe you & is being surly.

No, but serious, he seems to be a good seller, he seems honest, even if he's not 100% pos feedback, problem is that he does not believe me, he accuses me to break records, he's into stamp collecting or something like that... and he is being surly.
I've had a few people pull the "ol broken record" story
on me. I tell them to send me a photo and we'll go
from there.....
And guess what? They never contact me again.
When I hear about stuff like this...
