digging in thessaloniki??

i'll have a stop over there on my way to istanbul for two days. can you recommend any place for digging? is there anything to be on the lookout for?

    I was told that there are a bunch of second hand shops that sell vinyl all over so just keep your eyes open.

    Wasnt the Eccentric Afro guy based there or was he in Athens? Whatever happend to him by the way? He used to send out lists every other month some years back. He had good stuff and was a fair guy to trade with.

    Have a safe trip. Istanbul is nice!

    Well, if there was a warehouse full of US records in Athens then I guess Ecc. Afro would have even more niceness on his list, no? From what I heard he just travelled a lot around - mainly Europe which doesnt really explain why he had so many US titles on his lists I guess. Maybe from trading with people overseas?


    Also Jacob from Barriosoundz is gone... At least he doesnt do any more lists. He used to have some insane stuff. I think he sold off a lot of his records and got more into producing.
