Nature's Time - The Way I See It 45 on CEM

Anyone else know anything about this record? The Way I See It is a cool instrumental & the flip I Can't Play Your Game is a good vocal cut. Kinda touches a bunch of genres soul/funk/psych/pop. The only thing I can tell from the label is that both songs were written by Charles McGowan (maybe the CEM of the label?). The interweb has thus far proven inadequate for info on this 45. I really like it, but it kills not knowing anything about it.

    When white dudes play the right instrumental stuff, you can't tell ass from elbow.
    You can stop your search for McGowan though, the SW said goodbye to him some time ago.

    Cost me a couple of bucks, but since I posted it a few people have offered me way, way, way more than that.
