House Democrats today picked Steny H. Hoyer, right, over John P. Murtha, far right, for majority leader and Nancy Pelosi for Speaker.

    The majority of the Democratic Party came correct in sidestepping this early mistep by Pelosi. Not exactly the best way to start things off for the Blue Team.

    I think that photo was taken before the vote, maybe not even today.

    I'm wrong. I misread the caption on that news article. Far right guy does look salty nuts. And Pelosi looks real happy to be there. Everything is status quo for the Dems.
