In the interest of making sense out of some of the posts and opinions I read on the Strutt....Please post your choice for the top ten hottest joints of 2006..And Im talking tracks only... not rhymes....one

    Word. I thought a few tracks off the Cut Chemist album were pretty hot too. The new Clipse album has some pretty crazy beats on it as well. But yeah, I mean 2006 has been the year of Dilla.

    The new Madvillain - "monkey suite" is pretty badass. As is some of the new Flying Lotus lp - especially "1983". i also like Samiyam and Fluent on myspace and, yeah, Donuts is aces. some of the Georgia Anne Muldrow album; and that P Brothers single - "boss money Gangsters". Does their single before last with "scriptures" on count as this year?? - because thay was heavy as hell. .

    but mostly the new Kankick album -"serious business this!" - that one is greatness
