I just won something from a seller in the Philipines and he has asked me to pay via something called Xoom.Anyone ever used this before? Is it legit? plaese to

    i wouldnt trust that shit. that site looks hooptie as shit. Also is it just me or any auction from the phillipines always is a scam?

    It's legit as far as I can tell... I've had to use it pay Peruvian sellers a few times. Although the service fee is pretty steep if I recall.
