Someone finally took the free records sitting outside People's. Thanks, dude.

HA!! Yeah, your perspective on Bob Marley is making total sense to me now.

Oh... then in that case.... GO BACK TO FISH & CHIPS LAND, YOU DIRTY LIMEY!!!
I think there might even be a few open drum hits and stabs in there too for my own beat creations. Someone told me Madlib makes his music like that too so that's a good sign.
Weren't those two Doug Hammond lp's enough for ya? You bastard!
damn, congrats!
Dear ***o* *****l* ******o*,
As your namesake, I'm going to have to demand at least 1/3 of your weekly finds. The "Message from the Tribe" will do just fine. Kepe up the good work.
Surriously though, I owe you and Street Corner a visit. I'll call ahead.
Such a juxtaposition.
K.
RHINE OAKS - Tampin (Fake band...it's the Meters!)
Let's hope Madlib don't start sucking dick...lol
This is crazy. One super fan
How is that Rhine Oaks? I know a place that has a few copies.
Eeeh? Please to 'splain (label, tunes etc.)
yes and if it is the meters please hook us up with a sound clip so we can all enjoy this too
if I understand you right, you don't get the SUPEROBVIOUS sarcasm/provoking?
Rhine Oaks is on ATCO. The flip sounds like elevator music but Tampin is a mid-tempo psych banger! You fools need this one!
Breakself-I'd buy every copy you could. For it is RAER!
I'd have to get the Hook-Up to post a sound clip for me. I don't have the means.
Anybody heard the Joann Zachery? It's probablly my new favorite record. The only description I could give for it is...Garage,Punk,Gospel,R&B,Funk. This shit is the real deal.
Horace Tapscott Quintet - "The Giant is Awakened" (Flying Dutchman)
Music Inc. (Strat-East)
The Seeds - The Seeds (GNP)
Dennis Linde - Linde Manor (Intrepid)
I just purchased a copy for $10. The sound clip I heard sounded cool too.
.59cents apiece ain't no joke!!!! All mint or sealed.

Thanks SoulOnIce! You don't find stuff in the bins like this everyday.
I try! But it's true...strangest thing about 45 digging, I swear the best 45's I get are often the cheapest, like I have mad fifty cent heat, but tons of ones I paid $5 for that were like
Obviously, some exceptions where I paid $20 for something I knew was dope, but there's a lot of overpriced landfill out there.
It's not the price-to-appreciation ratio thing, either...it just seems that when I find some small label funk madness, it's usually in a junk pile!
Not really. I've been amazed more than once at some of the comments I've seen on here...of which I learned were real. Let's not forget there are people on here that will spend $50 on a record just because shadow used it. I wouldn't even spend $10 on Bianca Trump's g-string. lol
Thanks. It's nice to bump in and out of a spot and pull some records that you've been looking for.
